Magnus Onyibe and his family experienced the unthinkable in April of 2017 when they lost their daughter, Kikaose Ebiye-Onyibe to an avoidable healthcare management tragedy.

This is in the hope that this book can shed light on the path of other families who will experience loss so that they do not grope.
